STEP1 Inquiry
Please inquire us about the property you are looking for by mail.
STEP2 Property Consultation and Introduction
Sales representative will contact you in the phone or by e-mail.
We will support you until you found the room that fits your choice.
STEP3 Application
In the case of movement application you have fill the “movement examination
application form”. Our company will send you “movement examination application
form” by email or by fax. Filled it and Please send it back us.
STEP4 Examination
We will examine the “Application Form” and contact you later. It usually takes 2-3days in an examination.
STEP5 Contract
You have to visit our office and you will be asked to fill out a contract. Please pay rent of a first month. In the case of bank transfer, you have to deposit before the contract and please bring deposit detailed statement.
STEP6 Settlement. Delivery
After confirming the submission of contract required document and the payment of the contract singing money, we’ll give you the key of the property.
STEP7 Move. Movement
Contract is now done. To apply for electricity, gas, water supply, please go through the rocedure by yourself. Additionally, if you have any question or any unclear point, please contact to us any time!
